Email usage
Each Shopify app billing cycle includes 1,000 emails. Additional emails cost USD 0.0013 each, or USD 0.13 per 100.
Usage counts when an email is accepted for sending:
- Customer notifications and merchant tests count.
- Previews and emails skipped before acceptance do not.
- Later bounces or spam reports do not reverse usage.
Billing cycles may differ from calendar months. Charges may appear after sending is accepted.

Subscription access
Inactive billing can block the app, customer-account features and POS rewards. Check Shopify billing if access is blocked.
Cancel or query a charge
Uninstall NASP Rewards in Shopify Admin and complete any required subscription action. Emailing support does not cancel the app.
