How NASP Rewards works
Paid orders earn points according to your purchase rule. You can also reward a Welcome Gift, new email subscriptions, annual birthdays, and one-time visits. Customers redeem points for Store Credit or single-use product, order, Buy X get Y, and free shipping rewards from their Shopify account. In store, staff can use the same active offers in Shopify POS.
Simple by design
Most stores can launch in under 10 minutes: choose an earning rate, choose a reward value, and add the customer page. There are no campaigns, tiers, or large configuration manuals to work through.
One flat monthly price includes unlimited orders, so your bill stays predictable as your store grows.

-
Translate Customer rewards (optional)
NASP Rewards includes multilingual Customer rewards out of the box in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. It follows your Shopify Markets setup, and alternate reward titles use Shopify's free Translate & Adapt app. Follow Translate Customer rewards.
-
Use rewards in Shopify POS (optional)
Staff can view a customer's balance and redeem eligible points from customer details in Shopify POS. After installing NASP Rewards, turn on Customer Rewards in Shopify's POS editor; no smart grid tile is required. See Use rewards in Shopify POS.
What happens after setup
Purchase points usually appear shortly after payment. Other rewards arrive when the configured customer action qualifies or the annual birthday sweep runs. Customers can open Customer rewards in their Shopify account to see their balance, claim available rewards, manage their birthday, review Points history, and redeem. In Shopify POS, staff can see the same balance from customer details, choose an active reward, and either apply the new store credit or use the issued discount code at checkout.
Refunding an order removes the related points that the customer still has, but never makes their balance negative. If a redemption needs checking, the NASP Rewards dashboard shows it under Needs attention and guides you through the review.
